7 Sugarless Cake Recipes You Must Try

There are a lot of candy recipes full of sugar which are not very good for our health. Sometimes it’s hard to resist not eating sweets, so the best thing it’s to bake your own cakes and goodies. So, I collected some cake recipes, with a small amount of sugar to still enjoy the fresh and sweet taste of baked goodies. Not to mention they are the best cakes for your children.

1. No baking banana cheesecake

Countertop ingredients:
– 250 g of biscuits
– 100 g of butter
Cream Ingredients:
– 450 g of cream cheese
– 3-4 ripe bananas
– 250 g of cream for whipped cream
– lemon juice
– 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (optional)
Ingredients for garnish
– 1 banana
– 100 ml of cream for whipped cream
– 1-2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Crush finely the biscuits with a paddle or with the food processor and mix them with melted butter. Put the obtained composition in a cake pan with removable walls. Leave the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Mix cream cheese with crushed bananas then add 250 ml of cream for whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Taste and add sugar if you think it’s necessary, but bananas are sweet enough.
3. Put the obtained composition over the countertop and leave it in the refrigerator for another 3-4 hours. Garnish this cheesecake with whipped cream and banana slices then powdered it with cocoa.
Tip: to prevent banana oxidation for garnishing, dip the slices into lemon juice for 1 minute.

2. Homemade jelly with only 3 ingredients

Ingredients:
– 500 ml of orange juice
– 2 bags gelatin
– honey – to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Heat a glass of orange juice, but don’t boil it just warm it up. Add the gelatin granules in the juice glass mix well and leave it for 10 minutes to dissolve.
2. After those 10 minutes, pour the gelatin mixture over the remaining juice and stir and add honey if it’s not sweet enough, then pour the composition in your favorite shapes.
3. Place the jelly shapes in the refrigerator for 4 hours until they are harden completely. Serve these homemade jellies as they are. You can sprinkle sugar over them, but is better not to.
Useful advice: you can use the juice from any fruit and if you don’t have funny silicone shapes, you can use the ice trays.

3. Healthy cookies of 3 ingredients

Ingredients:
– 1 ripped banana
– 100 g of oatmeal
– 2 tablespoons of raisins

Method of preparation:
1. Crush well the banana and mix it with the other two ingredients.
2. Make these healthy cookies with a spoon on a tray lined with baking sheet and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Tip: for a pinch of flavor you or smoother cookies use crumbled oatmeal.

4. American Pancakes with 3 ingredients

Ingredients:
– 1 ripe banana
– 2 eggs
– cinnamon
– garnish fruits (optional)

Method of preparation:
Crush this banana very well, with a fork then mix the fruit with eggs and cinnamon.
In a non stick pan pour a drop of oil then the sourdough pancakes, enough to form a 3 inch diameter pancake.
Fry pancakes on both sides (2 minutes each side) at medium heat.
Garnish pancakes with fruit, if you want.

5. Healthy cookies

Ingredients:
– 1 egg white
– 80 g of sugar
– 100 g of hazelnuts
– a pinch of salt

Method of preparation:
1. Bake hazelnuts in the oven at 356 ° Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, spread them on a baking sheet until they are golden brown and will peel off easily.
2. Remove hazelnuts from the oven and when they cool a little, peel them by hand.
3. Let them cool completely then grind them in food processor or grinder.
4. Preheat oven to 302 degrees Fahrenheit and place a baking sheet into a tray.
5. Beat up egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl until it’s stiffed.
6. Using a spatula, mix gently the sugar and hazelnuts.
7. Using two spoons, form hazelnut cookies in the tray, pushing the batter from one spoon to the other.
8. Bake cookies with hazelnuts until they are dark golden for about 30 minutes.
Storage: keep it in a cover container for 1 week, maximum.

6. Banana ice-cream

Ingredient:
– 4 ripe bananas
– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons of milk

Method of preparation:
Clean and cut the bananas into small pieces, then freeze them for 1-2 hours.
Mash bananas in a blender until it forms a puree. Add peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of cold milk.
Ice cream can be served as it is, or, if you prefer it cooler, leave it in the freezer for another 1-2 hours.
Useful advice: if you prefer you can replace peanut butter with chocolate cream.

7. Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
– 1 apple
– 1 banana
– 1 kiwi
– 1 orange
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
– 1 glass of yogurt

Method of preparation:
Chop all fruits finely and place them in a bowl.
Sprinkle them with vanilla sugar and mix.
Add yogurt over them and place the fruits in 4 bowls.
Leave the bowls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
