Tasty and with a lot of health benefits, this breakfast is absolutely wonderful to start your day. And yes, it’s as good as it looks.
– 2 teaspoons of honey (or other sweetener)
– 8-10 raw almonds, cut into small pieces
– 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 240ml almond milk
– frozen or fresh blueberries
How to prepare:
Put the milk, chia seeds, honey and blueberries in a jar/mug and mix well. Place the jar in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Just before eating the pudding, cut the almonds into small pieces and put them in the pudding.
