Scrambled Eggs with Avocado

– 1 slice of bread
– freshly ground black pepper
– sea salt
– 1/2 avocado, peeled, cut in pieces
– olive oil
– 2 eggs
– butter

How to prepare:

Beat the eggs with a fork until homogeneous. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, and when they start making bubbles, add the eggs.

From time to time, push gently with a spatula from the edges to the middle of the bowl so that the crumbling part goes to the bottom. Do this until the eggs are almost done.

Add the avocado pieces and fold the omelet (half). You can turn off the stove. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper.
