Spinach Banana Protein Shake

This is my favorite protein shake from this list. It is easy to make, very accessible and it tastes amazingly well. Thus, you will need 1 tablespoon almond butter, 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup water, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and 1 huge handful spinach. It will tone and detoxify your body, giving you the nutrients you need.
