Tired of all those unhealthy diets and still no response in losing weight? Well, I advise you to eat healthy food and to try the following exercises at home! Basically, introduce them in your daily routine and you will burn fat faster than you can burn your food!
This is a 15 days training program as it follows:
– 1-5 days you have to complete the exercises once
– 6-10 days you have to complete the exercises twice
– 11-15 days you have to complete the exercises thrice
Stand in a wide lunge with your right leg forward, arms at your sides.
Do: 3 sets of 10 rep on each leg!
This exercise will help you lose weight if you keep your body light as a feather and at the same time stiff!
It will work perfectly your arms, shoulder and abs!
Do: stand in this position at least for 30 seconds.
PUSH UP ON THE KNEE
Lower chest 2 inches from the floor keeping elbows close to your side. Exhale and slowly push back to start position.
Do: 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
QUADRUPED BENT KNEE HIP EXTENSION
Do: 3 sets on each leg. Repeat 8 times in slow motion then 4 times with speed!
This is the best way to strengthen your lower body.
Do: 3 sets of 15 bends with a 10 second pause between the sets.
