This is a simple exercise to reduce your laugh lines and wrinkles around your mouth.

Keep your mouth closed and move your tongue to the sides of your mouth and push against the inside of your cheek. Hold for 5-10 seconds and then slowly move it to another side. Repeat this exercise 3-5 times a day.
