– 2 tablespoons of honey
– fresh berries
– 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
– 600g Greek yogurt
How to prepare:
Split the amount of yogurt into two separate bowls.
Above yogurt, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey.
With great care, melt the sugar with a grill lighter until it starts making bubbles (5-10 seconds).
Serve with fresh fruit.
