Deep Squat Stand Hip Stretch

From a standing position, gently bend forward, touching your feet tip point. From this position, bring your knees low as in a squat exercise but without taking out your hands from your feet. Keep stretching your knees up and down, maintaining the bend, for about 10 reps.
